Q: What Are Your Products Made Of?

A: Wax melts & candles are made of 100% natural soy wax, and phthalate-free fragrance.  Candle wicks are made of flat braided cotton with paper filament. They are primed with a natural wax coating making them perfect for use in soy wax.

Q: How Do I Get A Stronger Scent Throw  

A: Scent strength may vary depending on the size of room and ventilation (if using wax melts, the type of burner may also impact scent throw). To get the most scent, we recommend keeping the candle/wax burner away from any open windows, doors or drafts. 

Placement of your candle/wax burner is also important. Because heat rises, the fragrance oil rises with it. We recommend placing your candle/wax burner on a lower or medium level platform such as a coffee table to ensure you can smell more of the fragrance. 

Using more than 1 wax melt at a time (if your burner can hold it) and waiting at least 1-2 hours to allow the fragrance to fill the room may also be helpful. 

Please note some fragrances will naturally be softer, or more subtle compared to others.

Q: Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

A: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but will happily replace damaged merchandise.  Please see Return Policy for full details.

Q: How Long Will It Take For My Order To Ship?

A: All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from order receipt. Most orders will be shipped using USPS (standard 2-3 business days).
